BLM & Hunting Access

Griffin Ranch is a privately owned subdivision, including the roads.  The property owners are responsible for all road maintenance and associated costs.  Because of this, we only allow non-motorized access through the subdivision.  Visitors are allowed to park outside of our gate in the designated parking area and proceed on foot, bike, or horse to the BLM access point, which is located on the North end of Sterling Dr.  Anyone proceeding through the gate with a motorized vehicle is trespassing.
